MTBC

Overview:
MTBC is considered as biggest among these, they have a bigger infrastructure with around 1000 employees working in Rawalpindi Office. About 500 employees are working in Bagh, Azad Kashmir.
Job Opportunities:
If you are a graduate(B.A./B.Sc./BCS/BBA) you can apply there as a medical biller. They hire for medical billers (both male/female) once in a month. Don’t worry if you have no knowledge of medical billing, they would train you for a month for free. If successful, you would be moved to their payroll. They work round the clock in three shifts (each of 8 hours), Morning shift (8am to 4pm) is reserved for female candidates only. Male Candidates can only apply for Second (4pm to 12 midnight) and third shift (midnight to 8am).
Starting Salary: 
Rs. 35 /hour, 8 hours a day (around Rs.7000 to Rs.9000)
Other benefits: 
Once you are on the payroll, you would get the following benefits.

• 50% subsidized food items including flour, edible oil, rice, sugar etc

Drawbacks:
Only one holiday is allowed in a week (on Sunday) ,other government announced holidays are not applicable. Internet browsing not allowed in the office, similarly cell phones are not allowed in office jurisdiction. Although they have provided benefits however their salary structure is quite low, for this reason they have a very low employee retention rate.

CureMD

Overview:
Cure MD is also considered as one of the good companies providing a better environment to work(considered better than MTBC).
Job Opportunities:
You need to be a Graduate to apply for their billing executive post. Mostly they look for an experienced staff  with 1-2 years of experience in Medical Billing however they also hire totally fresh staff and provide them initial training for medical billing.
Starting Salary: 
They provide handsome salary packages to their newly inducted employees. Their starting salary for a medical billing officer is around Rs. 16k-20k
They have two days off in a weak, also they observe all public holidays.

eBio-metronics

Overview:
eBio-metronics is a small billing unit operating in a two room office in saddar, Rawalpindi. Working environment is reasonable.
Job Opportunities:
Like CureMD, they also look for experienced billing staff. They don't have the facility to train a fresh graduate for medical billing. Most of the guys working in eBio-metronics are ex- employees of MTBC (about 90%)
Starting Salary:
Salary package at eBio-metronics is around 10-14k. They work 5 days a week, Saturday/Sunday is off.
Other benefits: 
Being a small medical billing company, they don't offer any extra ordinary benefits to their employees. Provident fund can be considered as their sole benefit to the staff.
